Abstract
Las modalidades descritas en el presente documento utilizan efectores de orientación de ARN para proporcionar métodos y sistemas robustos de amplificación de ácidos nucleicos basados en CRISPR. Las modalidades aquí descritas pueden amplificar tanto ácidos nucleicos diana bicatenarios como monocatenarios. Además, las modalidades descritas en la presente, pueden combinarse con diversas plataformas de detección, por ejemplo, CRISPR-SHERLOCK, para lograr la detección y el diagnóstico con sensibilidad attomolar. Dichas modalidades son útiles en múltiples escenarios de la salud humana, lo que incluye, por ejemplo, la detección viral, la tipificación de cepas bacterianas, el genotipado sensible y la detección de ADN libre de células asociado a enfermedades.
