Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a mejoras en procedimientos de galvanización electrolíticos, en donde el cuerpo que se va a recubrir de zinc se hace pasar continuamente a traves de una solución electrolítica ácida que contiene iones zinc y que se usa como el cátodo, en tanto que, la solución electrolítica mencionada, se hace fluír en el espacio entre el cátodo y un ánodo específico; caracterizadas por el hecho de que la densidad de corriente de enchapado que se va a usar, depende de las condiciones dinámicas de fluido del electrólito, con la relación estando definida mediante la fórmula: I gual K C Ren en donde I es la densidad de corriete en amperes por dm cuadrado, C es la concentración de zinc en el baño en g/l, Re es el número de reynolds característico de la corriente electrolítica en la celda y K y n son variables empíricas.
