Abstract

The invention relates to bioorganic chemistry and can be used for producing flavonoid glycosides from Linaria vulgaris Mill.The process, according to the invention, consists in that the freshly harvested raw material is ground and subjected to extraction with methanol 3 times, for 5 hours, at the temperature of 35…40°C, after which the extracts are combined and concentrated in vacuum at a temperature of 40°C up to a constant volume, then are extracted with benzene the ballast substances, and the resulting fractions are chromatographed on polyamide column with elution in the water-methanol system in the ratio of 4:1 and are analyzed in a thin layer of silica gel with chloroform-methanol in the ratio of 3:1, respectively, afterwards the fractions containing glycosides are combined and concentrated in vacuum at the temperature of 40°C in the presence of butanol.
