BIOCOMBUSTIBLE IS PREPARED FROM THESE COMPONENTS BY MIXING UNDER HIGH SHEAR, PREFERABLY WITH ULTRASONIC ENERGY. THE EMULSIFIANT OR EMULSIFIERS PREFERABLY PRESENT A HYDROPHILIC-LIPOPHILIC BALANCE OF ABOUT 8.5 TO ABOUT 18 AND THE BIOCOMBUSTIBLE COMPRISES AN AGENT INCREASING THE CUTANEOUS INDEX AND A MIXTURE OF ALCOHOL AND MONOALKYLENE GLYCOL OR POLYALKYLENE GLYCOL .
