Abstract

FORMULATION ET PROCESSUS DE COMPRESSION DIRECTE L'inhibiteur de dipeptidylpeptidase IV (appelé ici DPP-IV) qui peut être à 98,5-100% pur est un médicament à haute dose pouvant être comprimé avec des excipients spécifiques sous des formes de dosage solides, telles que des comprimés et des capsules ayant une dureté, une capacité de désintégration souhaitées et des caractéristiques de dissolution acceptables. Le DPP-IV n'est pas compressible de manière inhérente et présente donc des problèmes de préparations. Les excipients utilisés dans la préparation améliorent les propriétés d'écoulement et de compactage du médicament et du mélange à comprimer. Un écoulement optimal contribue à un remplissage uniforme de la matrice et à un contrôle du poids. Le liant utilisé assure des propriétés cohésives suffisantes pour permettre au DPP-IV d'être comprimé en utilisant le procédé de compression directe. Les comprimés produits offrent un profil de dissolution in vitro acceptable.
