Wish I could give this place a 0!!! They owed me 4 thousand and I got lucky with the first 2 grand but they stopped responding to me after!!! They still owe me two thousand dollars! I tried to raise a complaint through somewhere else but it was futile. I never got paid.

So, overall, I am quite happy with the results. I'm pretty new to online gambling and I wouldn't disregard all the bad reviews others have written, but this wasn't too bad. They always responded via chat to answer my questions. Obviously, there are some hassles with verification, and its defintitely worrisome and unfortunate in this day and age that w/d isn't instant (or close to it), but in my opinion, the Inclave sites have so far done me justice. Of course, I can't speak for the experience of others but wanted to write in to let people know that if they are patient and stick with it, it's not impossible to get paid. Maybe I got lucky, well obv I did (60 to 352 was meaningful to me!), but I can't complain overall. Hopefully would be the same if I won in the thousands! So yes, while an enormous amount of patience and follow up with the financial team is a must, at least all that does provide a return on the time/money investment. I hadn't thought about the win/loss ratio being a consideration for bonuses etc., but of course it is...duh. I suppose in that aspect I'm all good unless I hit something insanely huge, as losing over 10k should keep me well within the favorable limits. Week after week after week it was one excuse after another. No one could really tell me anything that made sense or that wasn't total bull. Sometimes they would just lie and tell me one thing and then the next week when I talked to someone else, they would tell me something totally different! Took them forever to finally say they had my Bitcoin address. Then i have to wait 10-12 days but that would come and still nothing. Then it's another excuse. Or it's been "sent" now but still needs to be "delivered" which takes anther 10-12 days. Then the next week I talk to someone else who says no it hasn't been "sent" yet.. no one can ever tell you any real reason or do anything at all or even get you someone else to talk to. Most of the questions I asked, they would not answer and could not tell me. Just the same repeated nonsense and lies and hurdles that all of a sudden come up that no one mentioned before! They advertise on there sight that if make a Bitcoin withdrawal you can get your withdrawal in less then 48 hours sometimes! Yet, after 48 days, I still didn't have my measly $200! They kept telling me they were behind on Bitcoin withdrawals! But yet they still advertised all over the place about their 48 hour Bitcoin withdrawals! Would even send me emails! Then after over 2 months, they finally told me my Bitcoin address was the wrong kind and it needed to start with certain letters or numbers. After in the beginning, I had to give them my Bitcoin address like 3 times, and then keep making sure they had it and there wouldn't be any issues with that and they kept reassuring me they had it and that wasn't the issue! I never did give them a different Bitcoin address. At that point I was done with them. It had been more then two months. Then after a few weeks, all of a sudden I got my deposit in my Bitcoin address I gave them in the beginning. Not as much as my original withdrawal amount though, which even that was short compared to what i won, because they had to take out the bonus amount, that part wasn't withdrawable, and now there was some other penalty or fee they deducted for some reason that made no sense to me, but at this point I was surprised and happy I even got anything at all!! So in the end I think I got like $150 and it took almost 3 months and a lot of headaches! I had to contact them at least every week because if there was a problem, they did not email me or contact me to resolve it.

I did cash out with them but it took almost 3 months from the time I initiated the withdrawal. It also took in the ballpark of 30 emails and conversations in chat to make it happen. Pretty bad. With places that pay almost immediately what’s the point.

Customer service is a joke, just getting in touch with someone at the casino will give you a headache. If you can’t trust them to even talk to you then there’s no way you can trust them with your money
