    nel pomeriggio ho contattato il call center e hanno detto di provare a entrare di nuovo in quella slot.
    Ho caricato e sono entrato in quella slot non ho trovato i miei 70 euro, mi ha aperto una nuova sessione quella vecchia risulta ancora in corso.
    Successivamente ho richiamato e mi hanno detto che dopo 24 dall'apertura della sessione la sessione terminava in automatico e mi sarei ritrovato i soldi sul conto gioco.
    Questa mattina sul conto non ho trovato un bel niente e la sessione risulta ancora attiva.
    è già capitato a qualcuno di voi questo problema?

    yesterday morning I started a session at the Totoslot casino, I entered with €39.18 and left with around €73 but the amount was not credited to my gaming account after the game closed.
    in the afternoon I contacted the call center and they said to try to enter that slot again.
    I loaded and entered that slot, I didn't find my 70 euros, a new session opened for me, the old one is still in progress.
    I subsequently called back and they told me that 24 hours after opening the session the session would end automatically and I would find the money in my gaming account.
    This morning I didn't find anything on my account and the session is still active.
    Has this problem already happened to any of you?

    Spero per te che la situazione si sia risolta per il meglio. A me capito che il gioco si interruppe durante i free spins e alla fine nonostante gli screen non mi hanno mai accreditato le vincite.
