  • I'm not sure what happened with this casino. I've left reviews before praising them for the withdrawal times and great customer service. But about 2 weeks ago, after I had deposited and lost about $2k the week before, I requested a withdrawal of less than $200. From that day until now I have been completely unable to make contact with anyone. I have left several msgs on live chat and I have emailed mulitple times. But no one ever responds. The live chat window always says back tomorrow no matter what time of the day I check it. I don't understand what's happened here. I'm asking for a lousy $200 withdrawal...considering I gave them $2000 that week, I don't see why they are ignoring me. I'm beside myself right now cause I already have another bigger deposit from another casino I've been waiting for 8 weeks now (and apparently they haven't paid a single customer since they opened...but I digress).  I can't deal with another casino non-payment issue, especially from a casino I trusted and gave so much to. Has anyone else had issues with contacting them in the past 2 weeks?  It's like they are running on auto pilot and nobody has been to work.

  • I've had it with all these shady casinos...
    Whoa did I misjudge this casino. It turns out if you end up making a few withdrawal requests in just as many months, they will create a false reason to ban your account along with the withdrawal request you have pending. They are trying to say I issued a chargeback on my account which is a complete fabrication. This is fairly simple for me to prove thanks to these little things called Bank Statements. This is the letter they sent me after i had a withdrawal request pending for a week:

    ............ I love how they say this is final and there cannot be any queries or appeals...because THEY ARE LYING AND STEALING MY MONEY! I'm at the point that I'm just going to stop playing anywhere...this is the third incident from 3 different casinos in the past 6 months. I've only gotten paid on one of them so far.

  • I'm not so sure it was smart of them to falsely accuse me of chargebacks and then taking my $600. Not when I deposited a couple thousand. And at this point, if they're not going to pay me...I'll do exactly what they are accusing me of get my money back either way.   In the end, is this really a smart strategy for them to take rather just paying out the money they owe me? I'm feeling pretty justified at this point to dispute 3 of my $250 deposits if they just going to steal from me.

    Unfortunately, we must mark this complaint as Unresolved, as we did not hear back from the casino after numerous attempts to reach out to them. That is negatively affecting their brand image. If they respond, we will reopen it.

  • Hello, I also want to sue that this Slotpot casino did not pay me 500 dollars that I won in November 2023 or so, it told me that they were reviewing my withdrawal and I was never able to communicate with someone to find out how the review was going. At the end of December 2023 my account was blocked and I have not heard anything more. Until today I am reviewing and I want you to realize that here is another victim of that bunch of malicious criminals who operate online
