The Branch Growth Platform is the foundational layer on top which all the powerful capabilities associated with your Branch account are built.

The Branch Growth Platform is home to our two main product offerings: Engagement and Performance.

Within each product is two tiers: Essentials and Pro.

In addition to this, we have several add-ons you can choose from. Each add-on includes a set of features that offer advanced solutions to complex problems.

To round it out, we also offer customer support services, so you can feel confident through every part of Branch implementation; from integration all the way up through expansion and maintenance.

This guide is a closer look at the features associated with each package, and includes links to helpful documentation where you can learn more about each one.

Branch Growth Platform

Below are all the features included in the Branch Growth Platform for all users of Branch.

Customers who are not on a contracted plan will still need to enter a valid credit card into the Branch Dashboard within 30 days of creating an account, and will be responsible for volume credit usages on their Branch account.

Daily Exports + Daily Exports API	Export all device-level data in batches on a daily basis. Accessed through the Branch Dashboard or via API.
Custom Exports + Custom Exports API	Export select device-level data using your own filters. Accessed through the Branch Dashboard or via API.
Cohort Analytics + Cohort API	Analyze your cross-channel, cross-platform Branch data by either acquisition or re-engagement date to see how those users performed over time. Accessed through the Branch Dashboard or via API.
Events API	Track events (end-user actions) that take place in your app.
Attribution API	Track Install, Reinstall, and Open events alongside a payload of attribution properties.
Query API	Use your own unique queries to fetch pre-aggregated analytics data.
Aggregate API	Query and export aggregate analytics.
App API	View and make updates to an existing Branch app configuration.
Data Subject Request API	Access and erase end-user personal data from Branch.

Engagement Product

The Engagement product is for marketers focused on linking and attribution for both owned and organic marketing channels.

With Engagement, you can drive customer loyalty, increase app adoption and retention, and manage channels such as offline, web, email, and social. You can also measure the impact of these channels to improve user lifetime value.

Deepviews	Mobile web splash pages, hosted by Branch, that give a preview of the in-app content behind a given Branch Link.

Engagement Pro Tier

Advanced Compliance

Our Advanced Compliance add-on is a response to evolving healthcare regulations and what is considered PHI. This solution is most suited for customers in healthcare or similar highly regulated industries.

If you care about your attribution data (both inside and outside of Branch) and want a more holistic picture of your reporting as user actions take place, our Advanced Data Feeds add-on has you covered.

Scheduled Log Exports API	Schedule daily or hourly exports of log-level data from Branch.
Cross-Events Export API	Query aggregate-level data, with no limits on dimensions or number of results returned.
Unified Analytics Export API	Funnel your SKAN and non-SKAN data into your preferred data warehouse.
Webhooks	Export install and down-funnel user action data to your internal systems for analysis, as it occurs.
Outbound Data Integrations	Automatically send Branch data to your other analytics services and marketing tools.

EU Data Center

The EU Data Center add-on is for customers that want to reduce the amount of personal data processing and storage undertaken in the United States. With this add-on, certain processing and storage activities are kept in the E.U. on our AWS servers.

Imports Stored in EU	Request that data received by Branch (including PII) be stored in the EU.
Exports Occur in EU	Trigger exports and queries related to log-level data to occur in the EU.

Volume Credits

Branch uses the concept of volume credits for billing.

Volume credits correspond to the number of end-user actions tracked, attributed, and reported on in Branch.

You will need to add a certain number of volume credits to your Branch account when purchasing either Engagement or Performance. You can also add additional monthly volume credits for a fee. Overages get billed at a "per volume credit" rate.
