Raquel Ravivo on Instagram: "Peanut Gochujang Noodle Soup 🍜 ❤️‍🔥 This broth is outrageously good, especially for how quick this was to make. The gochujang adds sweetness and spice, the peanut butter adds creaminess and mushrooms and soy sauce add the perfect amount of umami, and combined, OMG. There’s something about the summer heat that makes me crave the fiery-sour tang of hot and sour noodles. Lately, I’ve been using wide sweet potato noodles – so slurpable, with a bouncy, springy chew that’s so addictive. And as always, to amp up the flavor even more, I’m using my go-to @kettleandfire bone broth for a rich and satisfying depth. 

INGREDIENTS:
1-2 servings sweet potato noodles
1 stalk scallion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp Sichuan peppercorn powder
1 tbsp Sichuan chili flakes
3 tbsp heated neutral oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp Chinese black vinegar
1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1-2 cups chicken bone broth

Toppings: 
Peanuts
Minced pork or your preferred protein
Pickled mustard greens
Scallion gree Chinese Black Vinegar, Pickled Mustard Greens, Black Vinegar, Chicken Bone Broth, Potato Noodles, Minced Pork, Sichuan Peppercorn, Sweet Potato Noodles, Mustard Greens
