Costco Pre-Bagged Tri Tip Costco Tri Tip, Beef Tri Tip, Tri Tip, Cooking Instructions, My Bags, Paper Towels, Main Dish Recipes, Cut It, Food Hacks

This was great. I bought this tri tip at Costco. Preheated sous vide to 140 and threw it in the bath for 3 hours. Then took it out, patted it dry with about 6 paper towels and put it on grill (medium heat) and grilled it for about 15 min total making sure all sides had a little sear. Cut it open and it looked and tasted great. Also it was great bc I didn’t have to vacuum pack and waste any of my bags. Highly recommend it!
