My sourdough bread recipe I use is from @sourdough_enzo - just google sourdough enzo sourdough bread and you’ll find it. Each recipe makes 2 loaves of bread, this is what I did with half of that batch. 2 teaspoons each of colored food dye - I did violet, blue, green and pink - each color gets added to 1/4 of the dough with two teaspoons of the food die, then rolled to cover the dough. Lay each color on top of each other, roll each long side into the middle, then roll up from the bottom. I cook my bread in a 500 degree oven in a dutch oven that’s been preheated for 45 minutes.
