Resumen
Abstract
This research aims to know the relationship between the management and
interpersonal relationships in teachers of the network 07, the UGEL05, in San Juan
de Lurigancho. It is based on theories of prestigious scholars in educational
management school such as the Dr. Pilar Pozner and the famous and outstanding
PhD in organizational psychology William Schutz. Whose fundamental variables of
management and interpersonal relations and their respective dimensions are
obtained. Research is a descriptive - correlational study, the population of this study
consists of 191 primary teachers from 8 schools, determined a sample of 128
teachers. By design, this research is not experimental, since is based on
observations of the facts in its natural state, without the intervention or manipulation
of the variables. The research method is quantitative, because there has been the
measurement of variables and the measurement results have been expressed in
numerical values, which have been used to test the hypothesis. 2 type instruments
applied survey for the collection of information, which consisted of 23 and 33
questions relating to the management and interpersonal relations between
teachers. It was concluded, according to results that there is a significant
relationship between the management and interpersonal relationships between
teachers. Whereupon it is proven that a proper management and maintain
interpersonal relationships are a fundamental pillar in the development of any
educational institution
