the BEST coffee absolutely no debateRyana’s 5-star review: I am constantly searching for new coffee shops in San Diego that offer latte flavors I've never tried before while also still being high quality. I have never had a more positive coffee experience than my visits to Snapshot. You can taste the care and effort they put into their coffee and each homemade syrup. I have been for the past 3 days and got something different every time and each drink was AMAZING. The service is also just as good as their coffee, and it was amazing to see the owner and baristas so passionate about what they do. Snapshot has a variety of different flavors and you really can't go wrong with whatever you decide to order. My personal favorite was The Dirty Banana (dirty chai with banana milk) and is quite literally the best coffee drink I have ever had. If you're looking for a one of a kind coffee experience in San Diego THIS IS THE PLACE.

Super tasty but iffy service so be cautiousRyana’s 3-star review: I don't usually write these types of reviews but the service was very upsetting. We came with a group of 7 and we had to order through the app. We asked if we could split the check and they said they could only take one card. then we asked if we sat at separate tables if we could pay with two cards that way (it was 2 families) and they said we could still only pay with the same card (?). The two servers (or food runners) were just standing on the floor on their phones the whole times and it was hard to get their attention when we had questions about the menu. The food came out sporadically and some dishes didn't come out for 10 mins after the first one did. The food was SO good and that's where the 3 stars are coming from. Everything was really flavorful, but unfortunately we will not be coming back due to the service.
