Rollback

Hello! My name is Topican, and I am a Wikipedia editor who has used Twinkle to revert vandalism and warn vandals. Please give me rollback permission for revert vandalism. Thank You. Topican (talk) 09:32, 21 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I reviewed your contributions, and noticed that you never warn editors when you revert their edits. Could you please comment on that? -FASTILY 22:16, 21 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I've warned everyone but maybe I forgot to do someone, it's my fault. But if you look at my previous constructions, you will see that I have warned everyone. Although it is my fault so I apologize to you. And I hope it won't happen again in the future. Thank You Topican (talk) 05:21, 22 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Just in your last 50 contributions, I count dozens of instances where you did not warn the editor after you reverted (e.g. 1, 2, 3, 4). Moving forward, please notify *every* editor whose edits you revert. I performed a more careful review of your contributions and discovered numerous instances where you are reverting good faith edits (e.g. 1, 2, 3, 4). To be clear, none of these edits contsitute vandalism. If you find yourself reverting good faith edits, then it's especially important to notify the editor; I recommend using tools such as Twinkle or RedWarn which make this very easy. If you don't want to leave a template warning, that's completely fine, but you do need to leave a talk page message explaining why you reverted the edit. As such, I don't think you're ready for advanced permissions yet, please spend at least a month gaining more experience before reapplying.  Not done -FASTILY 07:56, 22 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! I would love to be granted rollback rights, to better combat vandalism here on Wikipedia! I have had a few cases where rollback rights would have been very useful. Kvoou ❯❯❯ Talk 12:08, 22 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
