The Second Radio Synchrotron Background Workshop: Conference Summary and Report / Singal, J. (Richmond U.) ; Fornengo, N. (INFN, Turin) ; Regis, M. (INFN, Turin) ; Bernardi, G. (Bologna, Ist. Radioastronomia ; Rhodes U. ; South African Astron. Observ.) ; Bordenave, D. (Virginia U., Astron. Dept. ; NRAO, Charlottesville) ; Branchini, E. (Rome III U. ; Genoa U. ; INFN, Genoa) ; Cappelluti, N. (Miami U.) ; Caputo, A. (Tel Aviv U. ; Weizmann Inst. ; CERN) ; Carucci, I.P. (INFN, Turin) ; Chluba, J. (Jodrell Bank ; U. Manchester (main)) et al.
We summarize the second radio synchrotron background workshop, which took place June 15-17, 2022 in Barolo, Italy. This meeting was convened because available measurements of the diffuse radio zero level continue to suggest that it is several times higher than can be attributed to known Galactic and extragalactic sources and processes, rendering it the least well understood electromagnetic background at present and a major outstanding question in astrophysics. Euclid preparation. Sensitivity to non-standard particle dark matter model / Euclid Collaboration
The Euclid mission of the European Space Agency will provide weak gravitational lensing and galaxy clustering surveys that can be used to constrain the standard cosmological model and its extensions, with an opportunity to test the properties of dark matter beyond the minimal cold dark matter paradigm. [...]

Studies on environment-friendly gas mixtures for the Resistive Plate Chambers of the ALICE Muon Identifier / ALICE Collaboration
Due to their simplicity and comparatively low cost, Resistive Plate Chambers are gaseous detectors widely used in high-energy and cosmic rays physics, when large detection areas are needed. [...]

Euclid. IV. The NISP Calibration Unit / Euclid Collaboration
The near-infrared calibration unit (NI-CU) on board Euclid's Near-Infrared Spectrometer and Photometer (NISP) is the first astronomical calibration lamp based on light-emitting diodes (LEDs) to be operated in space. [...]

Euclid. I. Overview of the Euclid mission / Euclid Collaboration
The current standard model of cosmology successfully describes a variety of measurements, but the nature of its main ingredients, dark matter and dark energy, remains unknown. [...]

Strong enhancement of electromagnetic shower development induced by high-energy photons in a thick oriented tungsten crystal / Soldani, M. (INFN, Ferrara ; Ferrara U.) ; Bandiera, L. (INFN, Ferrara) ; Moulson, M. (Frascati) ; Ballerini, G. (INFN, Milan ; Catania U.) ; Baryshevsky, V.G. (Belarus State U.) ; Bomben, L. (INFN, Milan ; Catania U.) ; Brizzolari, C. (Catania U. ; INFN, Milan) ; Charitonidis, N. (CERN) ; D'Alessandro, G.L. (CERN) ; De Salvador, D. (INFN, Legnaro ; Padua U.) et al.
We have observed a significant enhancement in the energy deposition by $25$--$100~\mathrm{GeV}$ photons in a $1~\mathrm{cm}$ thick tungsten crystal oriented along its $\langle 111 \rangle$ lattice axes. At $100~\mathrm{GeV}$, this enhancement, with respect to the value observed without axial alignment, is more than twofold. [...]

In this paper we report on a set of characterisations carried out on the first monolithic LGAD prototype integrated in a customised 110 nm CMOS process having a depleted active volume thickness of 48 $\mu$m. This prototype is formed by a pixel array where each pixel has a total size of 100 $\mu$m $\times$ 250 $\mu$m and includes a high-speed front-end amplifier. [...]

In-beam performance of a Resistive Plate Chamber operated with eco-friendly gas mixtures / ALICE Collaboration
ALICE (A Large Ion Collider Experiment) studies the Quark-Gluon Plasma (QGP): a deconfined state of matter obtained in ultra-relativistic heavy-ion collisions. One of the probes for QGP study are quarkonia and open heavy flavour, of which ALICE exploits the muonic decay. [...]

Two-loop leading-colour QCD helicity amplitudes for Higgs boson production in association with a bottom-quark pair at the LHC / Badger, Simon (INFN, Turin ; Turin U.) ; Hartanto, Heribertus Bayu (Cambridge U.) ; Kryś, Jakub (INFN, Turin ; Turin U. ; Durham U., IPPP) ; Zoia, Simone (INFN, Turin ; Turin U.)
We compute the two-loop QCD helicity amplitudes for the production of a Higgs boson in association with a bottom-quark pair at a hadron collider. We take the approximations of leading colour and work in the five flavour scheme, where the bottom quarks are massless while the Yukawa coupling is non-zero. [...]
