Horrible KYC procedure

I gave them all the required documents to open an account (with those same documents I have opened accounts at skrill, neteller and many other KYC sites), and they kept telling me that they are "copies" somehow. They couldn't explain what they meant when I asked them. They implied that I had "edited" the documents. Their customer support is also quite rude and doesn't ever read what you write in the emails.

I have been trying time and time again…

I have been trying time and time again to withdraw money into my bank account from Ecopayz and everytime I enter my details correctly it says my bank account details are not recognised. I have never experienced such difficulty with any other places when wanting to withdraw money back into my bank account. If there’s any way you can help with this then please do so!

From what I have seen and witness from…

From what I have seen and witness from the reviews of this company it's a total sham. When they want to hide their mess you get to see that the respond and tell you they couldn't find your account. And also it's best we learn from people's experience so we don't suffer same date I had a lot of trust on ecopayz but seeing these terrible reviews people's pain sorry I can't run any transaction with this company.

hadent used the account in a long time

hadent used the account in a long time, withdrew a measly 20 bucks, then realized that its basically only wire transfers which cost $20, so then wanted to put the money back into my poker account....and all of a sudden I have to give them ID and a selfie with ID and my DL and my first born and blood type after dealing with the 2sv BS before the KYC BS...never again. Closing this account and only using crypto or interac if i must going forward.

When you try to log into your profile…

When you try to log into your profile and start using the app for the first time, they ask for too many strange unnecessary verifications!& In no case do not give them your data, as they will be transferred to third parties. This company hides behind the fact that they have a Cyprus license that can be obtained for several thousand dollars. they will say in response to this letter that this verification is necessary and obligatory.It's just disgusting to use this app (I don't even want to mention its name). Meaningless checks when I didn't make a single transaction.
Not one company do not ask. so many documents. Be careful!!!! scammers

A complete unprofessional joke.. avoid if possible

I have submitted all the verification documents 6 days ago. I am still waiting for them to "verify" one photo in which they requested I hold a note etc. Customer service is 24/7?? Since when? I haven't gotten a single response in days and when I send them messages it comes back to my email as undeliverable. I am completely disappointed with this company and would not recommend it to anyone looking to have actual customer service or access to their money. If I could give zero stars I would.

Not sure where my money is ...

I opened an account and the first transfer into my bank account was successful however upon the second payment I've been waiting 2 weeks for. Back and forth from Eco support to my bank account and neither can tell me where my money is?

Disappointed and highly paranoid now although my research tells me this is such a convenient way to Deposit and transfer money. Also the charges are high.

New to payz and I’ve already had…

New to payz and I’ve already had problems with the app and contact centre. Had funds sent through to payz app tried to send it to my bank account, had to upgrade to silver which took a few days and to find out that my money had been withdrawn straight back to where it came from without my permission! Wish I had actually looked this app up properly before installing.

Over complicated

Over complicated, customer care = absent. I've tried to keep up the account for the odd need but it's a lost battle. Today closed the account for good. If I knew earlier I'd never had opened an account with them. Friendly advice: steer clear of this!

They treat the customer like a robot

One of the worst experiences you can have with customer service. They treat the customer like a robot. They are unprepared and seem not to be literate. It wasn´t necessary sent the SAME document 3 times to understand what it was about. They still say that my documents are not original. Shameful. It is not possible that a company that claims to be great can have people of this type dealing with customers on a day-to-day basis.

A payment was made to my account via SEPA transfer over a month ago, I am still yet to receive my money, and y'all are doing nothing to rectify this issue, does that mean my money is gone? I regret using this platform.

I am Japanese and I use this service. I find it very easy and convenient to use. If there is one inconvenience, it's that I can't use it on New Year's Day!

Absolutely appalling platform

Absolutely appalling platform! My account got inexplicably locked after merely 3 transactions. As if the high fees weren't bad enough, I am yet to receive any refund and support is asking for private information although my account is fulled verified; it's as if they're running a scam!

Definitely a company to stay away from

Definitely a company to stay away from, the verification process is scary. Every time they ask for extra documents. Work with companies like wise whose verification process is very simple. It's a waste of your time.
