Keep away from them

Keep away from them, every transaction it takes days to get them to respond to get my money and now my account has been suspended, I don’t know why . A bank transfer is meant to take seconds not days

I recently started using Payz debit…

I recently started using Payz debit cards and their payment accounts, and I must say, it has been amazing. The convenience and reliability of Payz have completely changed the way I manage my money. The card works everywhere, making it super easy for both online shopping and in-store purchases. The mobile app is straightforward and helps me keep track of my spending effortlessly. Plus, I feel secure with their instant transaction alerts and fraud protection.

Silver account holder meaning quicker…

Silver account holder meaning quicker responce times however I'm constantly contacting payz and waiting over a day for a responce.
Also card keeps getting temporary blocked.
Also waited 3 days so far for money to come into the account.
Work full time and still have issues with this company so have to email on a daily basis.

I wouldn’t even bother opening an…

I wouldn’t even bother opening an account with them and urge everyone to stay away.

EVERY single transfer I have had go into my payz account does not show until it’s been “reviewed”. EVERY SINGLE TRANSFER they want proof of why the funds are coming in, who from, why you chose to use payz to carry out the transaction, Blah blah blah. They even stopped a £3 transfer to “review it” which took over 24 hours to be credited. There an actual joke.

I withdrawn my PayPal balance to my payz account yesterday morning (it was £40, so not much at all), I emailed them Instantly explaining that I withdrawn my PayPal balance to Payz and no response. Log into my Payz account this morning to see my account is temporarily restricted. (It still is restricted 9 hours later and I still don’t have my funds from PayPal) , they requested multiple documents (PayPal statements) showing the initial transfer and said every single one couldn’t be used, when finally they passed it over to the relevant team. All for £40. It’s ridiculous, and I won’t be using there services again after they have given me MY money!!!😡 STAY AWAY! FRAUDS

Support sucks

I would like to rewrite my complaint. After reading it carefully, deposits can take up to 3 days to be credited. Although I am still waiting, I am still within the timeframe. However, I am rating it 3 out of 5 stars because the service is terribly slow. They have a live chat that is NEVER live, and for support, it takes 24 hours for them to tell you that they will look into it, but it might take 48 hours to resolve an issue that should take only a few hours to resolve. The service is good, but the attention leaves much to be desired.

Well I have to thank Payz

Well I have to thank Payz. I was starting to get a little worried due to the fact my account was locked since around september. But as a fair person the problem has been resolved and i should mention this. Thanks for the quick response time, as i must admit it took just a week to recieve my Funds. I still think a few methods could be resolved in a different matter but we found a solution. Thx Payz.

Receiving my payslip from work.

This account is okay but I hate having to wait for a response only during business hours. If a payment is scheduled for a weekday check it on the weekday don’t wait till the weekend to now check and say it’ll be checked within business hours

Multiple blocking of account and money

Payz unjustifiably blocks the money for many days. After sending the required documents, bank statements and confirmations, the account was blocked once again after a few days. I do not recommend anyone to use the services of this company. Unless you want to get rid of your money.

Hi have taken the payz voucher in dundle website and it's from new zealand. However voucher not taking in deposit. Giving error while uploading the money. Write so many emaile however no response. Please help me with voucher and it's cost me 100 euros.

Got major issues with there system

They are a good bank if you want to use PayPal or get wages, but as soon as you try to transfer money in, they hold it,
No matter the amount, I have emailed proof of the payment and reasonings etc, but they don’t release what should be an instant transfer. It feels like they want to hold onto your money. Don’t boast on your website about instant transfers if you don’t do that,
No fca approved bank takes 2-3 working days to approve an instant transfer of £35.

If you call they answer and immediately hang up - feels like a bit of a scam

Finally I've managed to get my money transferred out of their grubby hands and into my conventional UK bank account. If you want hassle and trouble....then by all means!

Avoid at all costs..many other companies out there with actual phone lines, no lies and real live chat!
