Have an account use it regularly

Have an account use it regularly
Changed my address
Deposited from my paycheck and also government benefits
Refunded my payment the first time for no apparent reason
Got the payment resent after my account was finished being reviewed
Now it’s been 3 days since my paycheck was processed into my Payz account it has not shown up in the app nor have they emailed me about my deposits
I’ve sent multiple emails but I’m clearly being ignored.
Ridiculous customer service they say 24 hours and I’ve waited DAYS for a response and to this day I still have no reply
Total sum gone unaccounted for £500.
Don’t use this bank as your main bank.

Seems to be a bit of a con

Seems to be a bit of a con. My father is locked in an endless loop trying to get an account verified so that he can withdraw money deposited from by another party. All ID is provided as requested but there are constant requests to resend them when they are perfectly clear. I think because he is elderly they are winding it out as long as possible in the hope he will give up.

Deposited and withdrawl.

Deposited money via zestpay, it took more than 24 hours but money arived. Was unable make purchase becouse my country rules. Wanted to withdrawl money back to my account. Got message that account suspended do suspicius activity. (Depositing and instanlty withdwaling back) After explaining money was sent back in my account in less than 2 days ( said it can took 5 days for reviewing and 7 more days for money to arrive, but in my case it took only less than 2) Sum of money was 1000 eur. Have no complains. Support was helpful and fast.

Fast and helpful service

I don't know why there's are many bad reviews, I recently sent money from my ecopays account to my bank account and there was no problem, they only asked me for proof that the bank account is mine for security, and that's it. I see people complaining about the fees, well it's the same as PayPal and other platforms.

After depositing money on to the…

After depositing money on to the account I had no issues but then I won quite a bit of money so withdrew to my eco payz account but when I went to withdraw it it advised my account needed upgrading to silver. I completed all the verification stages and sent documents they required but I am yet to have an update. I have emailed, left a voicemail on number and tried accessing the chat but I have had no response.

Update 20th April. Still waiting for account to be upgraded:

If you seen my previous reviews, this one may shock you

If you seen my previous reviews. This wallet format had issues when receiving your wins, suddenly your account was shut down and they would request you to revalidate your account which could take weeks to months to validate. They also ask for alot of personal banking information..

But since about 2022, their processes have improved. I have not had that issue for a while now, and their process to payout are quick and now very detail reported. They even send you a report now when done.

Hopefully they continue this upward trend in my mind as a good wallet\transfer company of funds. Just wish they were more established in my country that I can use the card and other features on the site.

In general

In general, I am satisfied and have been using Eko for several years. However, there are several features of this system.
It can take up to 5 days for a bank transfer to be processed, usually 2-3 days.
You need to regularly, at least 2 times a year, provide complete information about yourself and, first of all, about your official income. And if in the bank statement the description of the payments that were received on your account is formal, then you will need to provide documents that clarify the essence of the payments. These conditions, of course, are not suitable for all users, especially for those who are used to the fact that bank payment processing takes minutes, maximum hours. If you are ready for the fact that procedural moments can be relatively slow, then this system suits you.

Periodic verification of documents

If you are an online poker player and this is your main income, beware of ecoPayz, based on periodic checks they may freeze access to your account and your funds.
In my case, after several days and emails, the account was reinstated.

Trying to get all the verification…

Trying to get all the verification documents uploaded to satisfy the rules is proving to be a nightmare. Holding my passport and a note that says to ecoPayz all in one shaky hand while taking a photo using my phone is crazy. I sent them a professional photo and they can't see the passport clearly, try zooming in mate. As for a bill to verify address I use the internet for everything and a shot of my bank account via internet is a no no. Keep the money, use it to come to my funeral when I die of malnutrition and alcohol withdrawal.

Absolutely atrocious avoid at all costs.want information that they have. freeze ur money for no reason imply ur not spending wisely. takes days to pay to other accounts if they don't change there mind and freeze ur account.they want detailed invoices of purchases or they won't give u ur own other money honestly never seen anything so bad and charge nearly 1£ per transaction to top it off

I would leave zero stars if possible…

I would leave zero stars if possible made 2 transfers one from my friend for £50 another was from DWP for £350 and my account been frozen for 5 days now. It's also illegal and against FCA for them to hold benefit money they keep replying same scripted reply via email. Contacted all the correct channels regarding this they need there E money license removing. They have also emailed me 3 times calling me Diako Gaznaghi instead of Kyle broadhead which is proof there are copy and pasting replies.

Hopeful my issue with Ecopayz is sorted.

Ecopayz has provided me with good service in the past.They regularly want to re-check ones data...which is no problem.
For me there are two issues with my current problem

1) We live in an electronic age and no longer have paper copies.I supplied them with my bank statement address which all other institutions accept.Their immediate response was that it was a copy of a copy,which it wasn't but I also don't know how an electronic statement can become a copy of a copy either.Then they entangled themselves in contradictory ideas about pdf downloads and signatures.In today's world we deal with fingerprint and electronic banking,no longer a physical bank.

2)They also need to be aware that sending too much data opens one up to being hacked and scammed by
the deceitful.Having one's personal details continually sent via various servers exposes one to hacking.
Otherwise their service is speedy and seamless.

Terrible customer service. Selfish company

Terrible verification process... But that's not the worst part.... WITHDRAWALS TAKE SUPER LONG... I'VE been waiting for my money for a week... I'm running out of patience... And they have the worst withdrawal charges on top of this... Just a terrible service simple....

Moved my holiday savings from personal…

Moved my holiday savings from personal account into payz for safe keeping .but when I tried to transfer my money back into my personal account, my account has been restricted. And transfer pending.This has put my personal account into a overdraft as I already confirmed a holiday booking .Now both these accounts in my name .so can't see what any issue is .This is my money and its being held back by payz .Feel like I'm being robbed .now it's been released. Up to 5 days to reach my account. Ridiculous

Let's froze that polish guy's money

I live in Poland. We are not rich. I had 57 złoty on my account which is like 14 dollars. It may seem small, but for polish guy it is a lot actually. They just froze it at 4AM and started to require crazy docs that will cost me more money to obtain them from banks than i had on ecopayz. I did not know about this until I tried to pay for gas that was already in my car...

In the end after a couple of days and a lot of emails they unfroze my account and let me spend my money. Then they closed my account like I wanted. Issue was resolved so I am bumping the rate to average, but trust is lost and that gas station stuff was just awful...
