Release Note Request (optional, but appreciated)
[Why is this notable]: Enabling CHIPS (Cookies Having Independent Partitioned State) in Nightly allows web developers to experiment with the spec and be prepared for future third-party cookie deprecation. Note that this is Nightly only, so it's for the nightly release note.
[Affects Firefox for Android]: Yes
[Suggested wording]: From 128, Firefox Nightly starts to support CHIPS (Cookies Having Independent Partitioned State).

Added to the Nightly relnotes.

FYI FF128 Docs work for this can be tracked in https://github.com/mdn/content/issues/33996

Moving from nightly-only release notes (adding to 131 release notes) now that the feature is enabled by default in bug 1908160
