Steps to reproduce:
Some of the referrerpolicy relevant mutations tests added in https://github.com/web-platform-tests/wpt/pull/23309 (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1633934) fail in Firefox.
They are the same kind of tests that fail for crossorigin relevant mutations, so I imagine fixing one should be pretty similar to fixing the other.
