Biography
Peggy Balboni earned a B.S. in psychology from Georgetown University and an M.A. in special education from Columbia University.[1][2] Balboni's career experience includes working as a public school teacher.[1] She served on the Rye School Board, on the Rye Budget Committee, and as the chair of the grants committee of the Rye Education Foundation.[1]
