I am a retired Federal Special Agent. I worked for the U.S. Department of Justice (INS) for over 33 years. I am also a Christian. My views and my standards are conservative. I am a Christian Conservative. My priorities are: BORDER SECURITY - Two to three millions illegal aliens have invaded our Nation and President Biden is totally responsible for this. He encouraged them to enter the United States illegally. He stop the construction of the Wall on our Southern Border. He totally jeopardized our National Security and the Democrats went along with his stupid idea: CRIME/DRUGS - By stopping the construction of our Border Wall, President Biden openly permitted an entry of violent criminals and drugs to be smuggled to America. Our Borders were secured before he became President. He ruined our National Security and flaunted his power with disregard to the safety of our Citizens and the Democrats went right along with his stupid idea also; ENERGY CRISIS - President Biden caused our Nation to suffer the worst energy crisis in the history of the United States. Two years ago, a gallon of gasoline costed $2.00 and now a gallon of gasoline cost us $6.00 or more. Our Congress must immediately restart the Keystone pipeline that President Biden shut down. Our President made a horrible mistake when he shut down the Keystone pipeline for no reason and the Democrats went along with his stupid idea again.

I believe in Border Security. I strongly supported the construction of the Wall along our Mexican Border that President Trump instituted. When President Biden indiscriminately stopped the construction of the Wall, he placed our National Security in jeopardy. About 2 to 3 millions illegal aliens entered our country. None were vetted. None were examined to see if they had COVID. None were given a vaccination. Over fifty known terrorists were apprehended coming across our border illegally. Most if not all, will tell you that they came to the United States because President Biden invited them here. Ask yourself why did President Biden do this? Was to insure that the Democratic party rolls would be increased by these illegal aliens coming to America and then allowing them to vote in our Country. I believe so. This invasion of illegal aliens has to stop. I strongly believe that our nation needs to immediately restart the construction of the Wall. From 1967 to 1996, I worked for the Department of Justice (INS) for over thirty three years in both law enforcement and administrative positions. I was a Border Patrol Inspector, a Border Patrol Agent, an INS Investigator, a Supervisory Immigration Inspector, a Special Agent, a Supervisor Special Agent, a Special Assistant to the Regional Commissioner, an Assistant Regional Commissioner and at the end of my career as a DOJ Senior Special Agent.

Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ; always tell the truth; and, be a person of Good Moral Character

I believe that Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior

November 22, 1963, when President John F. Kennedy was killed in Dallas, TX. I was 18 years old at the time; and,I was working at HEB in San Antonio, TX as a Grocery Stocker.

My first job was working for my father loading 5 yards of sand on his dump truck. 5 yards of sand is about 500 shovels of sand that I had to throw inside the bed of the truck from the ground up. It was hard work and he taught me the following lesson "manual labor is hard work, so stay in school and get an education so you can get a good job". I was 13 years old when I learned this.

I am an experienced Federal Law Enforcement Officer that served over 33 years honorably in the U.S. Department of Justice (INS). 1967 to 1971, U.S. Department of Justice (DOD), Immigration & Naturalization Service (INS) with the U.S. Border Patrol as a Border Patrol Inspector and later as Border Patrol Agent at Yuma, AZ; Calexico, CA; San Clemente, CA; 1971 to 1978, DOD/INS as a Criminal Investigator at Los Angeles, CA assigned to the Search/General Section, the Fraud Unit , then the Criminal, Subversive & Immoral Unit; 1978 to 1978, promoted to the DOD/INS Los Angeles International Airport and the Los Angeles/Long Beach Seaport as a Supervisory Inspector;
1978 to 1983, transferred to the DOD/INS Anti-Smuggling Unit as a Supervisory Special Agent Los Angeles County & Orange County; 1983 to 1984, assigned to the Law Enforcement Security Inter-Agency Unit that oversaw the security of 1984 Olympics at Los Angeles, CA as a Special Assistant for DOD/INS nationwide; 1984 to 1985, promoted to the DOD/INS Western Regional Investigations Branch as a Deputy Assistant Regional Commissioner; 1985 to 1986, promoted to the DOD/INS Western Regional Investigations Branch as the Assistant Regional Commissioner; 1986 to 1996, assigned to the DOD Main Justice Organized Crime/Racketeering Unit as an INS Senior Special Agent. There I was assigned to both the Las Vegas, NV and the Los Angeles, CA “Strike Force” Office that investigated various Organized Crime Groups such as the Cosa Nostra, the Italian Mafia, Japanese Yakuza, the Israeli & Hungarian groups and the British Crime group where I worked uncover;
On January 1996, I retired from DOJ/INS and started my private investigation agency;

Yes I do. I have served in the following positions: 1992 to 2008, I was elected to Orange County Board of Education where I represented Fountain Valley, Santa Ana, Garden Grove & Tustin. In my elected position I oversaw the Superintendent of School $200 million dollar budget; I received & concurred audits for the Orange County Department of Education; I maintained an awareness of 4 billion dollars operations & financial expenditures for all Orange County school districts; I approved the purchase of property for department; I served on expulsion appeals and inter-district hearings; I advocated better education for all of Orange County; I informed local communities education issues and how they effected their community; I served 16 years on the Board of Education and I was elected 4 times to the position of Board President; 1996 to Present, I was appointed to the position of Chief of the Red Tail Hawk Clan for Orange County and San Diego County; 1978 to 2010, I was elected Board Member and Chairman of Supervisory Committee to JINS Federal Credit Union; Foreign..1981 to 1998, I volunteered as an Adult Leader with Boys Scout Troop #316 at Calvary Chapel in Santa Ana, CA; 1972 to present, I have been an active member of the American Legion Post #812 in Los Angeles, CA. I have served as the Post Commander and the Boys State Coordinator; 1966 to 1972, I served with U.S. Air Force Reserves (as a Crash Crew Fight Fighter and as a Security Police Officer) and the California National Guard (Tank Driver); On September 16, 1968, I married Kathy. We have three sons; and eight grandchildren.

Securing our Border, restart the Keystone oil pipeline, stopping the illegal entry of violent criminals and the smuggling of dangerous drugs such as fentanyl into the United States. We also have to provide more resources and support to our law enforcement agencies in combating criminal organization that have taken over our cities, our counties and our states.
