Only store in UK with a Boss ir2 pedal

Only store in UK with a Boss ir2 pedal. Not only was the price competitive, free next day delivery was an added bonus. Very happy. I didn't appreciate there was such an extensive range of musical equipment for sale on the website. Would highly recommend.

First time visit

Made to feel welcome after a long drive made me a coffee which is always a bonus when at somewhere for the first time.
A fantastic range of product to view.
Great friendly and helpful staff
Will definitely shop there in the future and highly recommend a visit just to see the racing simulators.

Go-To shop for PC components

I've been using scan.co.uk for more than a decade to buy all my PC components for my builds.
1) The orders are very well packed and swiftly delivered (although, DPD sometimes makes terrible mistakes).
2) more importantly - when there was an issue it was resolved quickly and in a professional manner. Once I ordered the wrong item (CPU cooler for wrong socket) - I was able to return it and get the refund. More recently my GPU stopped working after several months and it was swiftly replaced.
I only use other online shops if the item I want is not available at scan.co.uk.

I think the £15 surcharge for the…

I think the £15 surcharge for the Scottish highlands is excessive, it's not exactly a heavy package (one small water block) that you could have popped in the post for far less (and I would have received sooner). DPD will make me wait for a couple of days.

The best online store.

To be honest that was the best expirience with shopping online. First was the price then I did place an order aftef 6pm and offered next day free delivery and they did it. I have checked currys and argos and even amazon and none of them could do next day delivery. None of then cound beat this price. On top of that I was getting messages informing me what time they will deliver my monitor and timing was super accurate.

Scan is amazing

Scan is always my go to if they're the cheapest or within a few £, they are super reliable. If you ever have issues, their support team is insanely helpful as well. Easily one of the best tech companies in the UK.

Generally terrible experience

Sent us broken computers 3 times consecutively. Failed repairs multiple times. Shattered glass inside of boxes causing staff to cut themselves. Poor response time. Missing account manager. Generally terrible experience. There are many other providers who can provide a way more reliable service.

Amazing company!

Scan have always been my first port of call for my PC parts.
Great customer service both online and in-store (Being fortunate enough to live locally).
While often I can source parts a little cheaper, I still prefer to purchase from them. As I know they will look after a customer.

Only downside is DPD. What used to be a great delivery company. I am unfortunately starting to see a lot more "missed you" notifications from lazy DPD drivers, both with personal and business deliveries.

Customer of 25 years!

I've been using Scan for hardware purchases for over 25 years now and have always found them an excellent company to do business with. When needed their support has been superior to similar companies that I've tried. (Sorry! I couldn't resist their deal at the time, but then regretted using them).

Fast, trustworthy shop with excellent service.

Just had my PC case delivered in close to 24hrs after initial ordering.
The Scan online shopping portal is fully trackable and it continues on via DPD when the package was en route. Leaves the customer feeling reassured - which is refreshing.
From creating an account, shopping, paying and delivery: I can not find fault with the service whatsoever.
Thank you Scan, I will happily shop with you again. Cheers. Pleased customer in Birmingham.

The entire process was easy.

The entire process was easy. I ordered a laptop for my daughter on Wednesday tea time and it was delivered the following day at noon. I was updated at every step of the way so i knew exactly what was going on with my order. That is great service from scan and i will definitely use again for future computer needs.

Scan resolved issues with new Asus Laptop

I visited Scan's sales desk in Bolton and bought a new Asus Laptop, fresh from the factory, still in sealed cardboard box with all protective covers. The price was good.

It turned out to be faulty, in that Windows crashed (Blue Screen) every few minutes when playing youtube videos or other mildly intensive activity.

After this initial disappointment, everything improved.
Scan's support desk replied to my request for help promptly. When a factory reset failed to fix it, Scan offered to find a solution if I brought the device back to Bolton. The returns desk, the sales desk and pickup counter were all friendly and efficient. I walked out with a replacement laptop, which works.

Scan will play fair. They won't let you down.

Ordered the IPC Storage 4U-4408 Server…

Ordered the IPC Storage 4U-4408 Server case which arrived the following day, after connecting everything up I found that there was a issue with the backplane as it wasn't providing power to any hard drive I put in both HDD/SSD. After testing with a few a few drives and connecters I found that it was indeed faulty, I got contacted Customer Services and they got back with a reply within 24hrs. After explaining the situation a RMA ticket was sorted along with a pickup day/time of my choosing. Once they'd received my item and tested I had the option of a refund or replacement (opted for replacement) which I was told that they where waiting on stock before a replacement could be sent, I was fine in waiting. Once they item was back in stock it was despatched that day and I received it the following, with customer service keeping me up to date on the progress. I can say this one is in working order and I'm happy with the fast and pleasant service that Scan have provided!

Scan Computer's superb service

On the many occasions I have contacted Scan Computers for components or advice I have always been very impressed with the service given. Response is always very quick and goods ordered are always delivered very promptly, usually free of postage. I always receive constant emails throughout the whole process, informing me of the latest status of my order. Very reassuring experience to know that their team is working together so well. Very rare these days. In addition the carrier also keeps me up-to-date with delivery dates and times, My latest purchase arrived right in the centre of the time slot they gave. I have been using Scan/3XS for many…

I have been using Scan/3XS for many years now. I started by buying components to build my own with their cpu motherboard packs. Later on had custom built PC's made. Always had the best support from customer service when a part failed. Their warranty always stood up to what it is there for ie no quibble replace and repair. Which for me has helped twice now over the last few years saving me a lot of money. Really glad I had their warranty. So again a big thank you to Scan/3XS customer service.

I had to return an item because I…

I had to return an item because I bought the wrong model. I contacted Scan who guided me through the return process and upon receiving the item back processed my refund immediately. You can't ask for more than that for excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Top notch service!

I usually build my own pcs but at the moment im extremely busy with work, so i ordered a pc built to order by Scan. Outstanding service! Every step of the build is reported and updates on progress given, marvellous. When it arrived today it is built to perfection. Thank you so much for an enjoyable service and a great product.
