It starts this way.
In a not so distant world from us, there exists a wealthy old man named Sullivan who happens to adopt this foreign kid named Iruma. Sullivan loves to spoil the kid but wonders why Iruma doesn't talk.
Not even one word.
Sullivan did everything to know the reason why and how it can be solved, but no to avail.
Until one silent night, while the old man is sleeping peacefully, Iruma crawled, slowly and surely, to the bed and hugged him tightly
With tears suddenly forming in his eyes.
“I... I'm sorry, grandpa. I can't talk to you... even though I've always wanted to. I have so many things to say, and so much to be thankful for you... But my voice,” his voice cracked, “if heard by someone will die... but I love you... I really do, grandpa."
He cried while whispering the same words before falling asleep.
The next morning, Iruma woke up from the blazing hot sun and then wondered why he's hugging a cold body beside him.
