   Summary

   Sirens didn’t get to be kind, they lived alone, hunted alone, went through their life alone and died alone. Being nice to their own kind just wasn’t a thing. It was their curse. They were never meant to be, so their curse was for their life to be meaningless. Without any kindness, any sadness, only simple emptiness.
   They were the curse of the ocean, and the ocean cursed them back with an infinite and pointless existence.

   They are tormenters of the psyche and humans knew this more than anything else.
