Wednesday Addams never agreed with the concept of keeping werewolves locked up when they wolfed out during the full moon. She especially didn't agree when Enid finally wolfed out and became subject to being locked up every full moon.
So, she came up with a plan to let Enid run free rather than be trapped behind bars in a small enclosure. As wolves should be able to do.
