Summary
The town of Little Ashmere, about an hour's walk outside of Sheffield, is a quiet place. It's orderly, and friendly, and they've had nothing terribly exciting happen there since Armistice Day.
Until a stranger is found murdered on the outskirts of town, and Constable Yasmin Khan might be the only one capable of solving the crime. Especially if she is able to convince the secretive Doctor Emily Smith to open up about her past enough to help her.

Summary
In typical TARDIS fashion, the Doctor, Yaz, and Dan get a little sidetracked in their search for the Flor de la Mar. In 17th century France, they meet a very young, very angry Julie d'Aubigny, who drags them into her story when she steals the sonic from the Doctor, and something else from another traveler in time who will be much less forgiving of the theft.

Yaz was fine, after the beach.
Honestly.
If only the Doctor would stop her worried hovering, or talk to her even, maybe she could figure this out. Move past falling in love with someone she can't have. Except that was seeming less and less likely by the day, and even Yaz only had so much patience.

Summary

Yaz is a teacher at her local climbing center, about to start giving a beginner's class. But after an error in the application process, what was supposed to be six group lessons turns into an impromptu one-on-one course instead.
The only problem is, her new private student is probably the most gorgeous woman Yaz has ever laid eyes on.
Soon enough, she has trouble concentrating on anything else but Ava Jones.
