Summary

He has a plan, one that he’s been carefully working on for years, so that it’ll give him the best chance to survive leaving the Slums. What he didn’t count for was for the green-eyed stranger who crashes into his life one night, and their mysterious ability to halt the enemy in their tracks.

“You’re too tense, my prince,” he said, low and private. The title coming from Levi’s lips caused a shiver to go up Eren’s spine, and made Levi give him a steady look. “Are you cold?”
Eren shook his head, “no. I just—” he glanced around to see if anyone was nearby listening to their conversation. He caught a couple of eyes that were on the pair, a reminder of the show they’re supposed to be playing.
He shook his head and forced a smile, leaned into Levi, something more relaxed in hopes that those watching would believe their farce.

“Humanity’s Hope and Humanity’s Strongest,” Eren hummed next to him, as though he didn’t want to break the careful silence that had enveloped them. His voice is thoughtful, and when Levi chances a glance, Eren's eyes are on the sky.
Levi doesn’t know what prompts him to say it, but before he can stop himself, he says, “They’re said to be star-crossed lovers.”
He chokes back the regret, and a healthy dose of embarrassment, when Eren shifts around to face him.
“What?” Eren asks. He sounds genuinely curious now, eager, like he always does when he’s asking anything of Levi.

Summary
There was a genuine curiosity in Erwin’s voice that made Levi glance over at where he sat with Hange. He had ignored their conversation for the most part, or at least didn’t engage in it—Hange made it difficult to ignore anything. Erwin being so much as genuinely curious about something Hange was saying was never a good sign.
Especially when it was gossip, which happened to be most of the time. Levi couldn’t blame them, Shiganshina was a small, out-of-the-way, town that only people who either grew up in it, or stumbled upon the town by chance knew about. Any gossip was likely being talked about by the whole town.
The return of the town doctor’s son—after nearly ten years—was bound to cause many to talk.

Katsuki holds up a hand. "So what you’re telling me here," he says, "is that you told Calvin Klein I would model for them. In my underwear.”
Ashido sinks behind a desk to hide. “Yes.”
(The thing is, they really do need the money. And Katsuki's technically the leader of this bunch of morons, so he finds himself taking the job even though his pride will never recover. And even though nobody thought to tell him that he'd be working with his ex-boyfriend. You know, the cute freckled guy from high school who went and broke his heart.
So, yeah. This whole situation kind of sucks.)
