Summary
Pansy Parkinson was the last person Neville expected to find in the underbelly of the ministry archives. Neville Longbottom is the absolute last thing Pansy needs disrupting the secluded life she's carefully carved out for herself.

“Hello?” he called out, before knocking on the tightly shut door. The space was so eerily quiet and empty, that for a moment he wondered if anyone had remembered that they were supposed to meet him here. “Erm…I’ve got an appointment? Longbottom? Here to see ah… the… well, I suppose the archivist?”
There was the sound of a chair scraping against the floor and several objects being moved around. Then the door opened just a fraction.
“You’re here about the Malfoy property records?” Asked a prim little voice from behind the barrier.
“I am.”
A pale, delicate hand slipped through the crack in the door and handed him a too-slim folder.
He took note of the slender fingers that held the folder before the hand disappeared once more; they ended in pearlescent pink-tipped nails.
Merlin, he really was a fool for pretty hands.

Summary
Pansy was supposed to die from her deeply ironic blood curse, not mortification.
And yet, here she stands; backed into a corner in her own thrice-fucking-damned home, while Neville stupid Longbottom looks down at her with his big doe-eyes full of pity.
Tl;Dr - Pansy has resigned herself and accepted the fact that she won’t see her thirtieth year. Then some busybody, green-thumbed, jumper-shagging numpty tries to save her.

Summary
