Fire licks down Ford’s body and he squirms in his chair, searching for something, anything–
“Something wrong, Sixer?” Bill asks innocently.
“I- I don’t–“ Ford stutters, before taking a deep breath. He tries to get a hold of himself, not wanting to bother his muse with his pathetic human needs. Bill’s eye narrows.
“Now, that just won’t do.” Bill murmurs, and he’s floating up, until he’s right in front of him. Ford’s panting breaths ghost over his brick-like surface, and Ford almost shrinks back. Almost. He gets the sense that Bill wants him to stay right where he is.
“Good boy, Fordsy, you always do what I want.” Bill says, and a shiver rips through Ford’s entire body, a choked noise that he can’t quite throttle in his throat escaping.

After thousands of years in the Theraprism, Bill has made no progress in convincing his therapists of his repentance and regret. Well, then there were all those cults…
So, when the Theraprism, as a last ditch effort, decides to tie him to a human body with – eugh – human emotions, Bill isn’t as wary as he maybe should be. He’s maintained his righteous anger at the Pines for thousands of years, there’s nothing they can throw at him that would crack his jaded soul.

When Dementors visit Little Whinging, Harry suddenly has much more to deal with than painful memories. His removal from Privet Drive leads to an unexpected encounter with professor Snape.
