Yet. Todoroki and Bakugou knew that this wasn't natural.
There is no way that a whole city was submerged in cotton candy with cookie crumbs holding it out. There's no way that it's night 24/7. And there was absolutely no fucking way that Izuku had a quirk.
This has to be a Dream/Nightmare!
