Wordlessly, Arthur grabbed the bottom of his tunic and hastily ripped a thick, jagged strip off to use as a makeshift bandage.
“What are you doing?” Merlin sighed tiredly with a frown, eyeing up the ruined clothing that would soon be added to his list of chores.
“What you should have done already.” Arthur raised an eyebrow and motioned for Merlin to roll up his trouser leg. As someone who lived with the court physician, Merlin really should have known better than to leave the wound exposed and bleeding.
