Caitlyn panicked, feeling extraordinarily unprepared having been thrust into her new position without so much as even a handbook to consult. What were the formalities? What was she supposed to respond with? Where was the damn push to talk button…
“Hellooo? I said Houston, do you copy?”
Caitlyn fiddled with her headset, having finally found the green button on the side and hastily letting out a rather breathless reply. “Um, yes. Hello? This is Houston. I copy.”
There was a long pause in which Caitlyn sat twiddling her thumbs, anxiety pushing the frantic pulse of her heartbeat through her eardrums. Was that wrong? Did she already fuck up? She took a steady deep breath, finger hovering over the talk button until the familiar voice of the astronaut came through her headset once more.
“Damn, Houston. I didn’t expect you to sound so sexy.”
OR
Caitlyn has been assigned as the personal capcom to one of the astronauts currently on a year long expedition at the international space station. Cue long months of pining and desperate longing.

First, you should finish cleaning the bar. But you also should not sleep with an outlaw. Yet you find yourself apathetic to that logic. The bar was fine enough. Not like it had an image to keep.
“You seem to have your own ideas” you suggest
Sevika darkly chuckles, her eyes focused on your movements as you act occupied with restocking the bar.
“Course I do. Pretty little thing keeps watching me from the bar. Curious to know what’s goin’ on in that head of yours”“You’ve got a price on your head. I’m sure you’re used to stares”
Your eyes drift off to the empty saloon. You are the only two left. Your mind is buzzing. You are completely alone with an outlaw.
You tend a bar at some saloon in a nowhere town and Sevika is an outlaw who you recognize. That doesn’t stop you from getting in wayyy too deep.
