Izuku was somewhere else when he canonically met All-Might and got attacked by the sludge villain. After the situation goes very differently, and he never meets All-Might or learns his secret, the future is drastically changed.

Summary
Midoriya Izuku was four years old when he learned that he was quirkless, but that wasn't going to stop him. Despite discrimination and losing everything he knew, he was going to be his own brand of hero even if it meant being a little illegal.
Aizawa was way to young to find a teenager on a roof in the middle of the night, but that wasn't going to stop his parental instincts.
This is a what if story. What if Deku was still quirkless but realized that it was still possible to be a hero? What if he had a really supportive parental figure in his life that helped him learn what he needed to be the best hero he can be?

Summary
Midoriya Izuku led an average, if depressingly hard life as far as anyone could see, not that anyone bothered to. He had a roof over his head and food (occasionally) and (even more rarely) money to get the things he needed. And his classmates, teachers, and mother were more than happy to remind him of just how lucky he was to even be alive. He was alive, therefore, a worthless, quirkless Deku such as himself should count himself lucky.
Sometimes though, Izuku likes to take walks (no matter the time of day), to distance himself from the harsh lessons of his peers. And if on these walks, he happens to spot someone in trouble, why, he should just repay his debt to society and help them, right? It's not like he'd ever get hurt. He's fast enough to run away from Kacchan most of the time, so why not some petty thief?
