Summary
Jack’s tail starts to slip again and Ianto has to curl his hands into fists to stop himself from reaching out to grab it. He says instead, “I don’t mind.”
A knowing look crosses Jack’s face with a matching smile, the one where his tongue is just barely poking out between his teeth. The one that never fails to make Ianto want to kiss him within an inch of his life. He leans in closer to Ianto, looking up at him as his tail falls from Ianto’s wrist to curl around his thigh. “Really?” When Ianto doesn’t give him anything but a hum in response, he pushes further. “You’ve been staring at my ears, too. You’re into this.”
“Maybe.” Ianto’s hands twitch as he unfurls them, wanting nothing more than to touch Jack’s new ears. He’s wanted to since the second they appeared, wondering if they’re as soft as they look – wondering how Jack would react, what kind of sounds he’d make. And now that they’re alone…
Or, Jack gets turned into a catboy and they're both very into it

Ianto shrugs. “A while. Got a bit adventurous in my teens.”
How Jack managed to miss that he’ll never know. “Show me.” Jack demands, glancing from Ianto’s mouth to his eyes and back down. “Please,” He tacks on when Ianto raises an eyebrow.
Seemingly satisfied, Ianto places his hands on the desk, leans forward slightly, and lets his mouth fall open. Jack makes a noise. There on Ianto’s tongue is a little silver ball. He stares at it, transfixed, more than a little turned on. His trousers are starting to feel a little tight. Ianto already does it for him, but Ianto and a piercing? Yeah, that’s sexy as hell.
Or Ianto got his tongue pierced during his goth phase and Jack is being very normal about it

Ianto’s childhood isn’t exactly what you’d call good.
Sure, his parents got along fine, he and his sister weren’t close, but they weren’t distant either. His mother loved him well enough, but she never stepped when his father decided he wasn’t being man enough. His father…they didn’t get along.
His mother tried, but the truth is that any tenderness he’d been given was buried and tucked away.

Ianto stares at himself in the mirror, arms held awkwardly at his sides. The red satin dress is nearly floor length, the ends of it brushing his ankles, with a slit up one side that reaches his hip. It hugs every inch of his torso, tight enough that his piercings are clearly visible under the fabric. The neckline is draped, resting high on his chest with thin straps that dig into his shoulders.
At least it’s in his color.
