There's only so much a girl can take though and Ruby might end up needing more than just a little help from said little friend. No good deed goes unpunished however, especially when those good deeds aren't exactly good.

Winter was excited about getting some time away from her family. Yes, she loved her family, but the constant stresses of training at combat school, navigating annoying drama with her friends, and having to be a good sister to her three siblings were starting to wear on her. A big vacation to Mistral for them and a relaxing two-week stay at the fanciest hotel in all of Atlas for her was just what they all needed.
At least, it was relaxing until Winter started hearing strange noises coming from the basement of the hotel.
