    Kinn is looking at Porsche like he’s seen a ghost.

    Porsche blinks and the haunted expression is gone, Kinn smoothing it over with something neutral, but there’s still something fragile at the edges of it, like a crystal figurine balanced on a ledge. Kinn’s body relaxes in a way that’s purposefully casual, tucking his outstretched foot back onto the bed.

    “You were in the bathroom,” Kinn says. He phrases it like an answer rather than a question.

    Or: Porsche left Kinn in their bed with nothing but a note. In the aftermath of the shootout, Kinn can't stop thinking about it.

    "I promise P'Kinn" Porchay said crying and clutching at Kinn's injured side trying to control the blood flowing from the bullet wound.
    "Good boy. Now when I start firing run in the opposite side without looking back. Porsche is near the other side of the cliff. I can see his location on my phone. Take this with you. Just follow the gps you will reach him. Okay?" I said through the pain.
    Porchay kept crying but nodded through it.
    "In 3-2-1, Run Chay! " And I started firing in the opposite direction. And Chay ran with all his might. As i saw him get out of my sight I ran in the opposite direction getting the rival family following me.

    I never thought this is how I will die.

    Chay gets a job at a cafe next to the university so he never has to tell Porsche he didn't apply and worry him. Instead, he accepts the ride from a bodyguard or Porsche himself and then walks over to work.

    Macau just wants to give his brother and Pete a little time alone sometimes so he gets a himself a little side job near where they're staying so he can easily get home if they call him but also so he has a real excuse to be out of the house.

    Guess who trains him on the job? Guess whose guitar he finds because Chay has to bring it to keep up pretenses?

    Time for Chay to rediscover his love of music, his ability to love, what it feels like to be worried about and the power of connection!
