Summary
Living peacefully for centuries, monsterkind has flourished on the lands that were fought over all those ages ago. As technology starts to spread due to the success of the CORE, a rumor surfaces of a dragon laying waste to the furthest reaches of their kingdom. A rumor, which Gaster believes is just his old friend trying to get him out of the Capitol and add some excitement back into his life.
Well, it'll be something to do, so, Gaster accepts, and along the way picks up a friend, a fire elemental - a monster that Gaster was certain had been forgotten to time. Now with two mysteries to unravel, the two travel together to learn if the dragon is real, and about their paths in life.

Summary
When Gaster accidentally creates an elemental, there's a lot of panic. First off, elementals are only supposed to be created (and used) to support the war effort. Secondly, he's destroyed the lab. Okay but that first part is a /lot/ more important and he needs to find a solution for it - fast.
