“Come on, Ren-kun,” Yukari nudges Ren as he slumps. “I dove into being Pink Argus with little experience myself, and I haven’t regretted it since. Maybe you’ll feel the same.”
Ren thinks about it. His life really couldn’t and shouldn’t revolve completely around the shadow world, he supposes. And he’s not obligated to do any more than this if acting doesn’t agree with him after all.
Ann’s going to freak. Futaba is going to lose her shit.
“You remember the Phantom Thieves of Hearts business a few years back?” The director asks. “It won’t be a complete one to one, but I do have to admit that this series’ plot is loosely based on it.”
Okay, now that’s just unfair. Now Ren has to take the role.
So that’s how Ren becomes a Featherman Ranger.
Or, Amamiya Ren becomes a Featherman actor, bases his character off Akechi, and the real Akechi Goro disastrously simps from afar.

Akechi raised an eyebrow, playing along. “Which is?”
“You're a detective.” Amamiya shot him a wink. “You tell me.”
Of course. How irritating.
“What, no ideas?”
Amamiya’s deft fingers danced through the motions of pressing and pouring Akechi’s coffee, ever so careful and attentive.
“Love?” Akechi tried, the word heavy on his tongue. Amamiya hummed.

Summary
Amamiya chuckles, he comes closer to the camera, face in full view. The lighting does wonders to highlight his supple skin and soft features. A playful grin doesn’t leave his face.

Akechi left the stream running in the background while he did the rest of his work. Drowsiness forgotten.
A fic where they pine for each other and go on silly little dates. By the way Ren is a streamer and Goro is a closeted viewer.

The first time Akechi hacked up flowers and blood was the night of June 9th. He had just gotten home, the cold air hitting him after a long day of heat in the TV station. It was always so cold in that apartment. So lonely. And it only felt lonelier after blood and black petals stained his gloves.
