Josh laughs and gets comfortable, unbuttons and unzips Wolf’s jeans with deft fingers, kisses Wolf’s stomach when he lifts his hips so Josh can pull them off.
They’re halfway down Wolf’s thighs when there’s a knock on the door and they both freeze.
“Are you expecting anyone?” Josh asks.
“I don’t know anyone,” Wolf says as he starts to sit up. “But the last time someone unexpectedly knocked on my door this late it was a biker gang.” He stands and pulls his jeans up. “But the odds of that happening again are very low…but also not zero.” He kisses Josh’s temple on his way down to grab his shirt and pulls it over his head. “I’ll be back.”

The soft timber of his voice. The hesitation in his stride. Oliver turns and sees dark hair and a white t-shirt peeking out from the collar of his scrubs.
Dr. Markus.
“I’m sorry,” Oliver says, “what’s nice?”
“Oh, you know, usually around here I’m feeling spinal taps and migraines. It's nice to feel something different.” He shrugs. “Love.”Or, three times Oliver wants to tell Josh he loves him and one time he accidentally does.
