    Pregnancy has definitely changed (enhanced) certain aspects of his stunning wife's body. Al-Haitham didn't think Kaveh could get any more distracting, but like in most cases concerning her, he was always somehow proven wrong.

    Pregnancy has added an extra glow to Kaveh's skin, gifting her with curvier and fuller hips (that Al-Haitham doesn't think he could get enough of) but perhaps the most noticeable change in Al-haitham's opinion, were the milk-heavy breasts that his wife has.

     

    Or,
    Al-Haitham helps to relieve the soreness of Kaveh's breasts by drinking her milk.
