She kissed him on his cheek and whispered in his ear. “Besides Colin, if we get together – and I’m sure it’ll happen eventually because we have chemistry and I'm certain we're both fire in bed – it will be because of me. Penelope Featherington. Because of the woman I am, and how much you want to ravish me, not because of some overblown obligation for a statement said half a decade ago.” She gave his earlobe a little nip and then patted his chest.

“Colin?” Benedict crossed his arms in front of his chest, hip cocked out as he looked down at their younger brother in amusement. “Who is Penelope?”
Their younger brother stiffened, cheeks flushing hot pink. He slid off of the armchair, crawling away with his book. When he reached the doorway of the media room, they heard his footsteps as he took off down the hall in a sprint.
“Well, that was weird,” Benedict declared, snatching the PlayStation controller and falling back on the couch with a bounce.
“No, that was insensitive,” Daphne huffed, setting her tea cup down. Eloise and Francesca followed suit, all three of them glaring at the eldest two from their play tea table. Hyacinth squealed, slamming her plastic cup down to mimic her sisters and put her hands on her hips like Daphne. “You were going to tease him so of course he ran away. Penelope is his girlfriend.”
“Girlfriend!?” Anthony and Benedict chorused, jaws dropping in shock.

Summary
On a boring Saturday afternoon Hyacinth Bridgerton and Gregory Bridgerton get into a fight. In the wake of this Penelope notices Greg's DMG and they share a quick bond over their desire to play. After much begging the two convince Colin and Eloise to join them, which quickly escalates into convincing every other Bridgerton Sibling (Penelope included) and the new Fiancé, sans Hyacinth whom is not allowed to play as her penance, into starting a weekly DND game. Pen takes this as her opportunity to be someone other than herself in the hopes of convincing Colin to see her. Colin is suddenly even more annoyed with his brothers than usual, and at Francesca as well on occasion.
