19-year old Kaeya, despite always wearing a handsome smile, is but a extremely bitter person on the inside.
He graduated as the most charming, popular and handsome guy of his high school. But an end always has a new beginning, and he has to build his reputation from the ground up in college again.
And that is the scariest thing. To begin all over again, to play a role until this too gets to an end.
Trying his hardest to deal with his insecurities and people pleasing tendencies, he tries to regain the reputation he found himself to have in high school.
Only for a man called Albedo, who doesn't even pay attention to others, to steal that popularity right from him.
Frustrated as he is, he begins to hate Albedo through his bitterness, only to turn into a victim to Albedo's eyes too.

Summary
Albedo scoffed, finally looking up at him. Kaeya’s eye was blown wide with anger, shock, and hurt. He was breathing rapidly as if he ran here and it didn’t help the pain in Albedo’s chest as he stared up at him in offence, “I’m overreacting? May I remind you, Captain, that you were the one who ignored me for the past week or so.”
Albedo shoved past him, continuing to collect objects around the house to take with him to Dragonspine, “So excuse me if I assumed the worst.”
Kaeya groaned, trailing his hands down his face in frustration, “I was busy. Pardon me if I have a job to do. I was going to talk to you and then I heard from Jean that you’re moving to fucking Dragonspine!”
How often was this going to happen? A back-and-forth of never-ending insults and arguments the other would refuse to listen to. They were both very stubborn people. They always wanted the other person to listen to them, whether it was an emotional or logical statement, it always clashed. They always clashed.
Albedo and Kaeya find themselves in a continuous cycle of arguments and fighting. One night, they get into a particularly bad fight that makes them reconsider their relationship.

Summary
For a while, he tried to turn his grief into a game, pretending his father was still off in the desert, somewhere where he was still alive, just—away. This made his absence more bearable.
It worked until it didn't, reality crashing over him in heavy waves at night, water flowing into his lungs so that he couldn’t breathe. Snot clogged his sinuses, eyes flowing with burning streams of tears down skin that was far too sensitive for the way he’d try and wipe away the wetness. His own grief was suffocating sometimes.

URGHHHHH THIS WAS SO GOOOODDDDDD. I felt the emotion very well and the things he struggles with... To have such precious thing falling apart. It must've been hell for him, but I agree with what he thinks.
