What is confounding Vi the most is that Caitlyn still hasn’t asked for anything, nothing concrete. Nothing, anyway, that could give Vi any guidance on how to proceed.

Caitlyn is out of options- the only chance she has of avenging her mother is by partnering with Vi, the sister of her mother's killer, convicted in her place ten years prior. Together, they set out through the country on a desperate search, with the Chembarons on their tail.
Caitlyn is struggling with her grief and her guilt, Vi has to learn how to live. The road will either save them, or swallow them whole.

Vi wishes she felt like one of those people, in her eyes her purpose died along with her parents, all she knows now is to keep powder safe, stay alive, and away from the enforcer's. That is of course until people begin vanishing, turning up in the darkest alleys lifeless, void of blood, sometimes unharmed most times too shredded to identify. Her adoptive father warns her to stay inside when the sun sets, to stay away from the dark and to ignore the screams that fill the night air, and she obliges with an eye roll, until danger finds her when she least expects it...

This takes place in Season 2 (minor spoilers). Vi just woke up, recovered in Cait's bed. She heads to Cait's office to confront her after learning about Jinx being locked away in a cell. Upon arriving in Cait's office, Maddie steps between Vi and Cait. Cait brushes Maddie off and tells her to tend to her father. Maddie exits the office disgruntled, leaving Cait and Vi alone together.

Based very vaguely off the story of The Runaways, with lots of influences from my own love for punk, rock n roll and guitar. I’ve seen lots of band aus, but they tend to be a Vi rockstar x Caitlyn popstar type situation and I thought it’d be fun to get Cait in on the punk too.
