Severus on the other hand had a flashback to ‘that night’ the one that he promised to never think about again. He had forgotten about it, but to his eighteen-year-old mind it was still fresh, he had forgotten about it after a decade or two. “I was ignoring that day, thank you.”
“How can you ignore it if you have a child now?” Lucius asked, sitting by his side and playing with Potter’s fingers. “How old is he anyway?”
Severus sighed, loudly. This was his life now? Pretending to be Potter’s carrier? “A couple of hours maybe. I didn’t check the time, and I think I fell asleep for a while there.”Series

Summary
Harry is removed from the Dursley home and goes to live with Snape. Harry expected the summer before his fourth year to be absolutely miserable and he planned on running away as soon as possible. But Snape is nothing like how he expects and Harry finds himself wanting to stay.
Or: Stereotypical Severitus but Snape is nice from the start because I say so.
I did steal the title from a Clash song, but now that I've said something it is magically forgotten.

Summary
The aftermath of the "You didn't see nothing!" moment. This turned out much darker than I intended. I don't want to think of Real Ronnie ever being in this kind of place, but hey it's fiction. It's a fictionalised version of him. I wasn't sure I wanted to post it, but it spewed out and I've decided to keep it because the next instalment references what happens here, albeit very briefly. The angst and hurt/comfort is mainly in the first chapter. The second chapter is where to find the yummy, steamy stuff, if you want to skip Ronnie attempting to self-destruct. Title (as you're no doubt aware) from the lyrics of Drops of Jupiter by Train, Ronnie's walk-on music.
