Harry was trying to pretend Draco’s warm thigh against his own didn’t make his heart thump and his cock start to fill out inside his usual lazy Sunday attire ― which consisted of a t-shirt with a hole in the armpit and the world’s oldest, rattiest, ugliest and most comfortable pair of joggers. In comparison, Draco was wearing a buttoned up shirt and a pair of crisp, black trousers, which made him both seem impressively attractive and also entirely overdressed for this kind of occasion. Harry lifted one knee, trying to shield the view of his slightly tenting joggers, and the state he was rapidly finding himself in.
Perhaps inviting Draco to Sunday Bad Movie night at Ron’s wasn’t that smart an idea after all.

Sirius doesn't flee abroad after he escapes Hogwarts. He may not be much use to anyone at the moment but if Harry needs him he wants to be there for him. And if he can't be there for him then he'll find someone who can.
Harry isn't sure why Sirius is determined to spirit him away to New York but anything is better than another summer with the Dursleys.

He didn't want to be Harry Potter anymore.
There was nothing left for him in the wizarding world so he was starting over.
Harry Peverell, a 17-year-old muggle with too much time on his hands, moves to the only place where he might still have family.
Forks, Washington, seems like the perfect place to start over and carve out a new place for himself but he's not the only immortal teenager in town and ignoring the problem doesn't seem to be making it go away.
He didn't need to get involved with every supernatural mystery, and really, was it any of his business if his new cousin's eyes glowed amber sometimes? It certainly wasn't any of his business that a coven of vampires were pretending to be teenagers at his school.
Harry is determined to ignore what's happening and instead focus on his hatred of Charles Dickens, Chemistry homework and Mike Newton.
But the supernatural element of his new high school can't seem to leave him alone and Harry has always been really bad at staying out of things.

Summary
Harry decides to leave England and moves to America. Once there he meets Seth Clearwater. However, once Harry finds out that Seth is seventeen, Harry starts pushing him away. Having imprinted on Harry, Seth does not take no for an answer and keeps coming around. When mangled bodies start showing up, Harry knows that a werewolf is to blame, and it isn't long before he is up to his neck in problems, and gets drawn into another war.
What is a wizard to do when the person perfect for you is not eighteen, and he is surrounded by very protective family and friends who growl at you? Then he find out that an old enemy he believed to be dead, shows up to threaten the new life he has made for himself? He fights of course.
