The pink troll smiled, “My name is Poppy! It’s nice to meet you, Branch.” She held out her paw and he stared at it for a little, confused about what she wanted from him. Seeming to pick up on his confusion she said, “This is when you put your paw on mine and we shake.”
Branch decided he would not do such a thing. It seemed silly. So instead he merely poked her extended paw with his stick.
