After Izuku Midoriya graduates from U.A University for Heroes, he decides to follow in his mentor's footsteps and head to America.
Specifically New York City.
He's going to a hero agency there to get a few years of experience before returning to Japan to become the Symbol of Hope.
He doesn't expect to meet one vigilante that will throw off his plans.

Midoriya Izuku thinks he's an average kid with dreams of being a hero. Sure, his quirk might be really strong, but that's nothing special. His quirk enhances his speed and strength immensely, but really it's no different that his mother's or father's quirk.
He finds out that he is the last of a dead race after he gets hit with a car and comes out without a scratch.

“No,” Tony says, “no, you don’t.”
