After the war, the heroes are trying to return back to "normal”. This is a difficult task given the fact that half of Japan is destroyed, civilians still feel uneasy, and the heros are either dead or still living the war in their minds.
Recovering is especially difficult for a select few young heros.

Katsuki always attracts the worst in his life. For as long as he can remember, nothing was ever easy and painless. This especially comes true as he starts his UA high school journey. Now he has dangerous, slippery nightmares he can't explain, a mother who seems intent on beating the villain out of him, and nosy teachers asking all of the wrong questions. To top it off, his classmates are watching him more closely than ever before.
Katsuki isn't sure what will come first- him splintering into pieces under the pressure, or everyone learning the truth. To make it worse, he has no idea which of those options he'd prefer.Series

Summary
Katsuki is officially hard of hearing, he’s been preparing for this his whole life. His parents know sign language and so does he. He gets hearing aids but now he has to deal with issues at school. Everything is pretty fine when he has his hearing aids on, until he misplaces them one day. Izuku ends up helping translate the instructions for gym that day through sign language and to say Katsuki is in love is an understatement. I mean— he didn’t even know he KNEW sign language.
